Cancellation & Refund Policy – DryFishKart

At DryFishKart, we work hard to deliver fresh, high-quality dry seafood with safe and hygienic packaging. Since our products are perishable, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy in place.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
  • After 1 hour, your order will be processed and packed, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To request cancellation (within 1 hour of order placement):

  • Provide your Order ID and the reason for cancellation

3. Refund Policy (for Cancellations Only)

  • If your cancellation is accepted within 1 hour, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via Razorpay, to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. No Refund After Dispatch

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the products are perishable.
  • We do not offer refunds for delivery delays caused by courier partners or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

5. Bulk Orders & Discounts

  • Orders placed under bulk purchases, festival offers, or discounts are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
