Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dry seafood, we do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered. This includes both opened and unopened packages. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, quality, and safety for all our customers.

- We ensure proper quality checks, hygienic handling, and safe packaging before dispatch.

3. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears physically damaged or tampered during delivery:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged packaging and product.
- While refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, we will review such complaints on a case-by-case basis and take appropriate steps, including escalating the issue to our delivery partners.
