4. Orders & Payments

- Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation via SMS/email.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We dispatch orders using reliable courier partners within our promised timeframe.
- We ship across India. Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on the location.
- It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address and contact number.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or delivery failures due to incorrect address.
6. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us via phone or email.
- After 1 hour, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or changed.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
- If your cancellation is accepted, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
